Our Hypnotherapists
“Your thoughts determine your reality, therefore Choose Loving Ones.”
- Sherry Tejada, CCHt
Why I became a Hypnotherapist?
Having struggled with health problems that I was unable to resolve using Western/modern Medicine, I started to look for other therapies that would help me heal my body. In my search, I found great help and my healing power to heal deep physical and emotional wounds using a combination of Natural Holistic Medicine, Hypnotherapy was one of them.
Working at American Health Acupuncture, I witness these wonderful healing transformations. Every day I see the magical changes of all the patients/clients that come into our practice. I love assisting in the natural healing that HypnoPuncture brings to our Bodies, Minds, and Spirits. I rejoice with the patients as they come and go from their treatments.
This process of change is a very personal, private and a powerful one. “I am honored to be able to assist individuals in their quest for wholeness by changing their subconscious thoughts to a gentler easier way to do life and attain their personal life changing goals.”

“By becoming the master of your thoughts you can change your world. It’s no secret, successful people do it all the time.”
Jill Jones
Jill worked many years at IBM prior to establishing her hypnotherapy and NLP practice in Tucson, AZ. Her career included assignments as a Systems Engineer, Sales and Marketing Executive and Instructor at IBM’s Advanced Business Institute. During her career at a large corporation and now in her own practice, she is guided by her core values of integrity, service, and respect for others. Her disciplined practice of meditation and journaling allow her access to a deeper level of knowledge and creativity. She is a gifted teacher and her work includes training others to achieve their goals with meditation, visualization, self-hypnosis, and inspired writing.
Why I Became a Hypnotherapist?
Jill learned first hand the power of the unconscious mind after she was diagnosed with colon cancer in 1996. She used self-hypnosis and guided imagery before her surgery to create a positive outcome. A special issue of Scientific American Magazine in September 1996 alerted her to her condition. A letter to the editor expressing her gratitude was published in January 1997. The magazine, Scientific American Mind, has since become a great source of information for the work at Inspired Motives.
