Western Diet promotes Depression in Women

We as people have been moving away from our healthy way of life. Modern living is not conducive to good health because we sacrifice our bodies/mind/spirit in order to make more money to have a higher quality of life. Our bodies need fresh wholesome foods to keep out strength up, our bodies, mind and spirit strong.  Please see your body as your palace and feed it fresh, wholesome food to keep it running 100% all the time.  The following article tells what happens to our bodies when we don’t eat good food!

(NaturalNews) Women who eat a typical Western diet high in junk food may increase their risk of suffering from mood disorders such as depression, according to a study conducted by researchers from the University of Melbourne and published in the American… Click Here

Radiation and the Human Body – Children – Tucson Traditional Chinese Medicine

Radiation and the Human Body – Children – Tucson Traditional Chinese Medicine

I look at the modern medicine as an Emergency Medicine but used for a long term, it causes other unwanted illnesses. Radiation is a good example; from my point of view, radiation burns the fluids in the body so the organs, muscles, bones, brain, marrow, blood become dry and are unable to perform their functions. This affects all aspects of our lives because it is our organs keep us alive.  For instance; the major function of the spleen is digestion so when it dries it is unable to transform what we eat into nourishment for the body, without proper nourishment we become weak and our bodies become a rich environment for more health problems. Before using this treatment, seek out natural medicine. Oriental Medicine / Traditional Chinese Medicine is natural and uses Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs. It is by far a better choice! Read the following article on what radiation is doing to our children.  Click here.

To Heal or not to Heal Naturally – Tucson Acupuncturist

By Juan Tejada | July 30, 2010

To Heal or not to Heal Naturally

Every day we find more side effects from the drugs. In my experience, the chemical medicine (DRUGS) is for emergency and when taken for a long time creates more health problems. I suggest to my patients to take responsibility for their own health by eating fresh foods (organic are best), meditating, exercising and using Natural Medicine like Chinese Medicine to maintain a healthy and joyous life. The following article talks about some of the side effects that some drugs are causing. Click Here
